Embarking on her professional journey in 2013, Nikki's passion for ABA has only grown stronger, culminating in a Masters of Psychology with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Her approach is characterized by a deep commitment to working with older clients, focusing on crucial life skills and food exposure, underscored by her advocacy for learning in natural environments. Nikki's belief in holistic development extends beyond her professional life into her personal passion for backyard farming, where she nurtures growth in nature just as she does in her clients.
