Evidence-Based Care

What Is ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach to understanding behavior and how it is affected by the environment. At Bloom and Grow Therapy Center, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and trained therapists create individualized programs to help your child develop essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Through structured and play-based interventions, we focus on building meaningful skills that improve your child's quality of life — all while honoring their interests, their personality, and your family's goals.

Our Approach

What ABA Therapy Involves

Our ABA programs are comprehensive, individualized, and designed to create lasting, meaningful change.

Individualized Treatment Plans

Every program is designed around your child's unique strengths, challenges, interests, and family goals. No two treatment plans are the same.

Skill Development

We target communication, social skills, daily living skills, academic readiness, and adaptive behaviors through structured and play-based interventions.

Family Collaboration

Parents and caregivers are active partners in the therapy process. We provide training and strategies so progress continues at home and in the community.

Behavior Reduction

We use evidence-based strategies to understand the function of challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement skills in a compassionate, respectful manner.

Credentials & Standards

Our Credentials & Standards

All of our behavior analysts hold active certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), the gold standard in the ABA field. Our behavior technicians are rigorously trained and supervised to deliver the highest quality of care.

Our team is also trained in crisis management through QBS (Quality Behavioral Solutions), ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care. We maintain the highest standards of ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and clinical supervision.

As a clinician-owned practice, every clinical decision is made by experienced therapists — never by corporate administrators.
